ECRM solves the problem of contractual requirements falling short of properly triggering coverage in insurance policies. 

Katherine Santarelli has led the ECRM efforts within the real estate and construction practice areas of RCM&D and now Wye River. She is directly responsible for regularly updating standard insurance requirements and educating the ECRM team on the importance of the various insurance requirements. The ECRM services include reviewing and negotiating real estate and construction related contracts and documents in conjunction with a client’s internal risk management team, and/or outside legal counsel. Katherine also provides outsourced risk management services to her clients educating them and their partners on the ECRM process.
