Wrap Up/Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP/OCIP) 

Wye River works with our owner/developer and construction clients to provide CIP options-both Owner Controlled Insurance Programs and Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs. Our goal is to place the best program for each individual project so that all parties are protected during the course of construction and during the products completed operations period. We provide our clients with a financial analysis of the CIP including the insurance premiums, estimated credits and the quality assurance/quality control costs. With this information in hand, clients may choose to go the CIP route, choose an Owner/GC project specific placement or an Owners Interest. Wye River partners with premier CIP Insurance carriers and wrap administrator, including CR Solutions. Wye River provides customized CIP manuals including specific contractual language and sample certificates for subcontractors. Our comprehensive risk management services continue throughout the life of the project.
